The unity between Azerbaijan and Türkiye is an example of effective cooperation among the Turkic states, which is positively assessed by the international community.

Touching upon the process of normalization between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Shafiyev noted that there is currently de facto peace in the region and all possible steps are being taken to strengthen it.
There is a similar international experience in the form of the Belfast Agreement of 1998 and the example of Northern Macedonia. Based on them, appropriate changes can be made to the Armenian constitution," he said.
Speaking about the obstacles created by the Armenian diaspora on the path to peace, Shafiyev added that although at first glance it may seem that there are disagreements between the diaspora and the Armenian,in certain cases, their coordinated activities can be observed.
