GlobE Network activity report for 2024 and the work plan for 2025 were approved at the 6th Plenary Meeting of the UN Global Law Enforcement Operational Network against Corruption-GlobE Network held in Baku, EDnews informs.
As a result of the discussions, a decision was also made on the accession of the EU Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation and the Forum of General Inspectors of African States and Similar Institutions to the GlobE Network as observers.
The prestigious international event, brought together representatives of more than 120 government agencies from 92 countries, including prosecution authorities, independent anti-corruption organizations and international institutions. The event, which started on May 20, will conclude on May 23.
